“Turning 30 feels like such a gift,” Hadid captioned the post. She reflected on how the highs and lows of life have shaped her and expressed gratitude for her roles as a mother, friend, and partner.

The romance between Hadid and Cooper reportedly began in 2023, though they’ve largely kept things under wraps. It wasn’t until a Vogue interview in March that Hadid officially acknowledged the relationship.

Cooper is the father of a daughter, Lea, from his past relationship with model Irina Shayk. Similarly, Hadid shares her daughter, Khai, with singer Zayn Malik.
